Research Projects
The Institute for Tourism carries out different primary research projects. The best known market research projects are those under the name TOMAS which have been carried out since 1987. They deal with the attitudes and expenditures of tourists in Croatian tourist destinations during summer vacations, while sailing, on a cruise, in transit, visiting the city of Zagreb or the Croatian national parks.
The most recently undertaken research projects have been TOMAS Summer 2010.
