About scientific edition and other books

The Institute for Tourism publishes a book to mark different events, such as anniversaries, important conferences, at the completion of extensive primary research, especially research from the TOMAS family, and the like. From time to time, the Institute also publishes translations of books of special significance for tourism in general. The Institute for Tourism launched its scientific edition in 2002 with the aim to “promote continuous and systematic research of some less-favored issues, as well as those which are of special importance in raising the quality of Croatian tourism”. These editions are usually byproducts of larger projects or reaction to pressing issues in Croatian tourism.
