Asst. Prof. Matko Krce-Ivančić, PhD, participated in the international scientific conference South African Society for Critical Theory 7th Annual Conference: Crisis! Life in the 21st Century, held from 20 to 22 November 2025 at Nelson Mandela University in Gqeberha, organized by the university’s Department of Philosophy, Department of Media and Communication, and the South African Society for Critical Theory.
At the conference, he delivered an online presentation titled “The Threat of Tourism,” in which he reflected on the ways critical theory does (not) engage with tourism.
