The 8th annual conference of the Market Intelligence Group (MIG) and Marketing Group (MKG) of the European Travel Commission (ETC) is held in Zagreb from February 15 to 17, 2023. The hosts of the conference are the Croatian National Tourist Board and the Zagreb Tourist Board.
Zrinka Marušić presented the activities and experiences of the Institute for Tourism in measuring the sustainability of tourism in Croatia (Presentation "Measuring sustainability of tourism in Croatia"). Research and activities carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian National Tourist Board (TOMAS research and the Croatian Observatory of Sustainable Tourism CROSTO) were presented, and the emphasis was on the presentation of the project Tourism Sustainability Satellite Account of the Republic of Croatia (TSSA), which is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
